Financial Control – CCash management and banking on a daily basis with mystery shoppers and internal auditors; inventory controls; central purchasing; tax planning
Human Resources – A dedicated team handling more than 1000 employees with almost 40 expatriates.
Recruitment – Constantly searching for the best people in our various industries, from junior staff to senior management, so that we meet our goals of being best in class at all our endeavours.
Marketing – Communicating our message clearly and concisely whether it is from our luxury nightclubs or our small retail outlets.
Security – Panthera uses our own trained team of over 100 guards to provide security to all of our retail venues and also to Nana Plaza. We also provide close protection security to VIP guests that appear at our venues such as Ja Rule and Jonas Blue
IT – Information is the backbone of any business and our in-house team maintains and constantly improves upon our interactive systems. We endeavour to use the latest technology in all our departments from Point of Sales and Booking systems through HR, Accounting and Communications.
Auditing – Our accounting department compiles the annual accounts for audit for each company before they are sent for independent verification and then filed with the Ministry of Commerce.
Government Liaison – Whether it is the Government Tax Division, the local licensing bureau or the City Building Department, Panthera has built strong relationships in every area where we operate. We take a proactive approach and constantly seek advice and guidance from the authorities in advance of any problems that may arise.
