In 2012 Nana Partners Co Ltd a Thai JVC company co-owned by The Panthera Group and Fico Corporation purchased Nana Plaza The largest nightlife Entertainment complex in the world from The Nana family, one of Thailand wealthiest families. 

New long leases for all tenants followed, along with the installation of a modern roof to ensure the Plazas was protected against the elements but still allowed the heat to escape ensuring the internal environment remained comfortable for patrons.

The Plaza is much different than it was in 2012 with the number of visitors being 50% higher than it was previously.

Nana Plaza was quickly followed by the acquisition of an interest in the four-star Novotel Silom, a 212-room hotel property in the heart of Bangkok. Since then we have expanded our property portfolio to include land, office buildings and retail outlets.

Panthera Group Property Management will continue to explore sole acquisitions and joint ventures in the hotel, office, retail and condominium areas.

After taking control of Nana Plaza our goals were simple

Issue new 9 years leases to Nana Plaza tenants

Assist in ensuring all the tenants had all the correct licenses

Ensure all tenants operated legally

Stop any underage employees or guests entering the plaza

Adding a large plaza security team to ensure the safety of all who enter

Adding 50 CCTV cameras to all common areas to ensure public safety

Rewiring the entire complex to European standards with modern power boards and cabling

Repainting the entire plaza in a colour to the choosing of our tenants

Retiling all the common areas

Adding a full time marketing person to assist the bars in the importance of branding and social media

 Hiring a full time maintenance team

Employing an experienced western GM who speaks, reads and writes the Thai language

Building a $500,000 USD roof to ensure Nana Plaza could be competitive throughout the seasons sheltering patrons from sweltering heat or rain
